Product returns are permitted within the first 14 days after receipt of the order. After the stipulated period, it will not be possible to return the item.
Product exchanges are permitted within the first 30 days after receipt of the order. After the stipulated period, it will not be possible to exchange the item.
We only accept returns or exchanges of products that are in their original packaging and without any type of damage.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must send a return or exchange request, accompanied by photos of the item in question to our email (cristallehandmade@gmail.com). The address to which the order should be sent back will be indicated.
We are not responsible for shipping fees generated by returns or exchanges, which are the customer's responsibility.
If you have returned a product, we will send the amount corresponding to the returned item to the customer within 14 calendar days (after the product arrives in our hands).
If you have exchanged a product, we will send a voucher corresponding to the value of the returned item to the customer within 5 calendar days (after the product arrives in our hands).
